I created this framework because like you, I was exhausted: constantly trying to keep up with everything in my work, while also juggling a full personal calendar as well.
No matter the season, I wanted to stay consistent and make real progress, but it was easier said than done. My work often went unfinished, the major to-do list didn’t seem to end and I never felt like I could truly catch a breath.
This framework was shaped by real life and a full schedule. Using myself as a guinea pig, I eventually developed a system that helped me move out of constant burnout and into a rhythm where I could plan my work intentionally (and still make real progress!) even when life felt full.
I now go into my week with clarity and peace of mind, knowing exactly what I need to be focusing on each day. When the framework is already intentionally laid out for you, it makes the follow through that much easier!
